  15. WHO OR /W       - Who is online and send a message
  16. LIST OR /L      - List who is in the conference.
  17. /? or help or ? - Calls the Special help menu.
  18. GAG or /G       - Gag a user   - Moderater only.
  19. UNGAG  OR /UNG  - Ungag a user - Moderater only.
  20. HIDE   OR /H    - Hide from a user for gossip.
  21. UNHIDE OR /UNH  - Unhide from current user.
  22. MUFF   OR /MU   - MUFFLE a user. Ignorance mode.
  23. UNMUFF OR /UNMU - Unmuffle a user.
  24. ROOM OR /R      - Change room (Not finished yet)
